Founder Kyle Swain has extensive management experience in the retail sector including roles with national brands such as Myer Grace Bros and Officeworks. This experience provides him with a solid understanding of retail metrics and industry benchmarks, placing him in an enviable position when negotiating lease terms and providing property input to business strategy.
Our clients are from many retail categories including territory specific retailers such as LPOs, newsagency, pharmacy and franchise businesses as well as food and beverage, general merchandise, sport, fashion and other specialty retail. Across all these categories, we work with a diverse range of retailers from single store owners to multi-site, portfolio clients.

We are the leasing and tenancy consultant to the National Retail Association Australia's largest and most representative retail industry association, and the preferred supplier of leasing and tenancy services to Hardware Australia, the industry body representing 4,000 independent hardware stores Australia wide. We provide NRA and Hardware Australia members with advice on issues relating to their retail lease and are formally engaged by many to act on their behalf in tenancy and leasing matters.
